De-escalation is the use of communication and other techniques to stabilize, slow or reduce the intensity of a potentially violent situation. Melanie Barket, an expert in crisis management, will lead the training to provide tips and tools for potentially difficult situations.

Monday-Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Volunteers are staffing the office to greet visitors, answer questions, and offer resistance activities such as messaging elected officials and creating protest signs for the many county, state, and national events opposing our loss of liberty.
